One day I woke up and decided to stop wishing I looked/ felt better and start working. After having my son in May 2011 it was my goal to be the strongest healthiest version of myself so I could better care for my family. I committed to working out regularly, omitting sugar, and following a mainly Primal diet. I am now a Trainer at CKO teaching regular classes, parent/kid and kid boxing classes. I am passionate about motivating others to get out of their comfort zone and to challenge them to be a better version of themselves. I believe that achieving your ideal weight, ideal body and ideal lifestyle starts with you. If you don’t believe in yourself then no one else will. Dream big, believe in yourself, put in the hard work and dedication and the results will come! I am eager and excited to get you started on your journey and coach you along the way to reach your goals towards an “Ideal Lifestyle”. Remember, no one said it would be easy but I promise you, it will be worth it!
Sydney enjoys guiding others to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual goals. She is a certified yoga instructor who believes that the benefits of a healthy lifestyle are endless. Her health driven attitude allows her to stay motivated and have a positive energy.
