Nikol Wells, LMP
Nikol has been a massage therapist since 2019. She is passionate about body work and pain management. She is curious about what the experience of pain actually is, how acute pain turns chronic, what obstacles people face when it comes to healing, and loves discussing these ideas with her clients. She has a deep understanding of pain patterns, and recognizes that when trauma and stress are held in the body, tissue dysfunction occurs. Her favorite part of the body to work on is the neck, has additional training in neck deep tissue massage, and ensures she approaches this sensitive area gently, with consent, and with a cautious confidence. She has a lot of practice working with clients who have tension headaches, and who have been in auto accidents. Nikol also has additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Muscle Energy Stretching, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial Trigger Point release and Cupping, and enjoys curating a client-specific injury-focused treatment program. When she is not working as an LMT, she can be found hiking, backpacking, camping and foraging for edible and medicinal plants. Nikol grew up in the PNW and loves spending time in nature. Her next goal is finishing medical school, and will be graduating in the spring of 2024 with her Naturopathic Doctorate degree from Bastyr University.
