Massage Therapy
Adrian Conrad, LMP
Adrian discovered massage as a spiritual calling to help others in pain.
His curiosity is what fuels him to continue learning and growing as a practitioner. He believes in identifying the underlying issues with the intention of providing longer lasting relief. His massages are often described as Therapeutic with a mix of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. In the spring of 2025, he’ll be going back to school to become a Structural Medicine Specialist (An advanced form of bodywork that focuses on using various techniques such as Myofascial Release and movement re-education to better realign the body in gravity). In his spare time, you might find him at the gym, golf course, a bodywork class, drumming to music, or lost in 3 different anatomy books.
Fun Fact: Adrian was 2 years old when he survived the Eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991.
He would then spend the rest of his childhood in South Korea and his teen years in Germany.
