ABOUT Dr. Rooks:

Jeen Rooks comes from Savannah, GA, emulating the same, deep love for home cooking, art, and history that Savannah is traditionally known for. She enjoys cooking, and continues to study art and history through her love of West African drum, dance, and fire spinning.

She is a graduate of Auburn University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2009. After graduating, she joined Americorps for two years and then continued her education. She did this by receiving her certification in massage therapy and a doctorate in Chiropractic. She practiced as a massage therapist for 11 years and eventually opened her own chiropractic and massage office in 2018.

In 2020, she fell in love with the mountains of Seattle and its amazing people. She is now a licensed chiropractor for the lovely state of Washington and excited to serve!

She wants to empower the community through chiropractic care. She has learned that chiropractic offers optimal functioning of the nervous system. She explains that, for our bodies, that means a reconnection to the mind and body. She is proficient in Bio- Geometric Integration analysis, manual therapy, manual adjusting, and mirror imaging to best provide assistance in helping the body reestablish these connections so that it can communicate clearly.
