ABOUT LAUREN:

Lauren attended the NW Health Science University to study medical massage arts in Minneapolis Minnesota, and continued her licensed massage practice in North Dakota. Working alongside the group of physical therapists, she learned a wealth of stretch, strength, and conditioning techniques to help center body alignment. Specializing in neuromuscular relief, myofascial release, deep tissue, and refined touch for peace of mind and relaxation.
